How to Craft 7 Figure Product Launches

Last fall I had the pleasure of talking to Ron Reich about launching new products and how to have massive product launches.

Ron is a master and excels at helping his clients have 6 or even 7 figure launches. I had the chance to pick his brain for nearly an hour about how he does that for his clients, and we talked about so much exciting stuff, including:

One of the major takeaways from this interview with Ron is the amount of planning he puts into his launches. He recommends that you start crafting your launch at least six months before the launch, and prefers to start planning a full year in advance.

Recipe for a Successful Launch

There are a lot of things you need to consider before you even think about starting to craft your launch, like:

  1. Who is your target audience?
  2. Who is the ideal customer in this market?

You need to make sure you are doing your homework. A lot of research needs to go into the initial phase of product development and deciding what kind of launch to have, long before you actually start creating launch materials.

Once you have an idea, you need to start doing research. Interview your target audience, put out messages on social media, write articles on the topic and see how they land, send out surveys and ask your audience what they want.

The biggest mistake people make when it comes to launching new products is that they don’t have the desire of the audience. They have something people don’t want.
